The Forge
Our main faith formation program, The Forge, takes place Wednesday evenings at 7:00pm, following Family Dinner.
The Forge is a series-based faith study of consists of talks, Bible studies, and discussions to inspire and equip you for a deeper relationship with Christ and an authentic proclamation of the Gospel. We'll examine biblical themes and teachings, illuminated and guided by the Sacred Tradition and the Magisterium of the Catholic Church. We'll study the Catechism of the Catholic Church and the wisdom of the saints as well. St. Paul instructs St. Timothy to "carefully study to present thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth." (2 Timothy 2:15).
The name of the program derives from the book of the same title by Saint Josemaría Escrivá (d. 1975). It evokes the idea of being founded, refined, and formed by the Holy Spirit through prayer and the teaching of the Church:
We look forward to seeing you at The Forge this Wednesday evening.
